Zamula appears to be a healthy scratch on Friday vs. Buffalo after being questioned in practice Thursday by John Tortorella.

The 24-year-old defenseman has enjoyed a productive first full season with the Flyers, with his five goals, 20 points, 58 SOG, 32 PIMs and a +1 plus/minus through 63 games in 2023-24.

Zamula (illness) was a full participant in morning skate and is expected to return on Tuesday.

Zamula did not play on Saturday due to an illness but should return to the lineup on Tuesday against the San Jose Sharks. The 23-year-old defender has 17 points (5G / 12A), 25 hits, and 60 blocks in 52 games.
