Marchand will not play Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday before being eligible to play next Wednesday in Vancouver. Erik Haula or Jake DeBrusk will draw into the lineup to replace Marchand on Tuesday.
Marchand is one of 16 regulars who will not be in the Bruins lineup on Tuesday. The Bruins will need to recall multiple players from their taxi squad/AHL to fill out their lineup. Zach Senyshyn is one of the players that is expected to draw in and replace Marchand on the wing.

Marchand comes into the game with 18 goals and 25 assists (43 points) in 26 games and has three points (1G / 2A) in two games vs. Montreal this year.
The Bruins have clinched home-ice advantage in the first-round of the playoffs so they will sit four key players to give them some rest. Marchand will be joined by David Krejci, Zdeno Chara and Charlie McAvoy.
