Panarin left Tuesday's game with an upper-body injury and will not play on Wednesday. Some other regulars will also sit out on Wednesday, so it's unclear if Panarin's injury is serious or if this is a precaution.

Panarin, who has family in Russia, has been outspoken against [Vladimir] Putin."
