Through 45 games this season, Broberg has two goals and 12 assists for 14 points, averaging 23:18 of ice time. Now in his fifth NHL season, Broberg has 12 goals and 44 assists for 56 points in 194 career regular-season games with the Blues and Edmonton Oilers.
Earlier this month, Broberg was named to Sweden’s men’s hockey roster for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy. He represented Sweden in three World Junior Championships between 2019 and 2021, earning a bronze medal in 2020. He also won a gold medal with Sweden at the 2019 Under-18 World Championship.
Broberg joined the Blues after the team signed him, along with Dylan Holloway, to offer sheets as restricted free agents in August 2024.
After going No. 8 overall in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, Broberg spent parts of three seasons in the AHL with the Bakersfield Condors, where he recorded 11 goals and 54 assists for 65 points in 87 regular-season games.
In December 2023, after playing just 10 NHL games, Broberg received permission from the Oilers to seek a trade, although nothing materialized.
The Blues are 17-20-8 with 42 points through 45 games in 2025-26, seventh in the Central Division and five points out of a wild-card spot in the Western Conference.
Forward Robert Thomas leads the team in assists and points with 21 and 31, respectively, while defenseman Justin Faulk has a team-leading 11 goals. Forward Pavel Buchnevich has eight goals and 16 assists for 24 points.
