Daily Fantasy Hockey Notebook (11/27)
Whether you spend your entire day at work or school, it can be difficult to stay on top of all NHL news. That’s why I have created the Daily Fantasy Notebook, so you can catch up on everything you might have missed throughout the day.
The notebook will be released everyday after teams wrap up their morning skate. It will include a number of things: Injury updates, prominent line changes, goalie rankings and DFS value picks.
While this is obviously more geared towards daily fantasy hockey, it can be just as useful for season-long players as well. Injuries are obviously key, but important line changes could be viewed as as potential waiver wire pickups and the goalie rankings can help you make the tough starting goalie decisions you face on large slates.
Key Injuries
– Evgeny Dadonov (shoulder) will not play on Monday; listed as week-to-week.
– Marcus Johansson (concussion) has been cleared to play, but will not be in the lineup on Monday.
– Evgeni Malkin will miss his fourth consecutive game.
– Andrew MacDonald (leg) is expected to return to the Flyers lineup on Monday.
– Alexander Wennberg (upper-body) travelled with the team to Montreal; could return to the lineup Monday.
– Shea Weber (lower-body) has missed the last three games; will be a game-time decision on Monday.
– David Schlemko (hand) returned to Canadiens practice on Sunday; game-time decision for Monday.
– Jared Spurgeon (illness) will be a game-time decision on Monday.
– Steve Mason (concussion) was placed on IR; will not be available on Monday.
– Rickard Rakell (upper-body) did not travel to Chicago; will miss the start of the Ducks five-game road trip.
