Whether you spend your entire day at work or school, it can be difficult to stay on top of all NHL news. That’s why I have created the Daily Fantasy Notebook, so you can catch up on everything you might have missed throughout the day.
The notebook will be released everyday after teams wrap up their morning skate. It will include a number of things: Injury updates, projected lines, goalie rankings and DFS value picks.
Key Injuries
IN
– Travis Zajac (undisclosed) will be back in the Devils lineup on Wednesday.
– Oscar Klefbom (shoulder) will be back after a two-game absence.
– Melker Karlsson (lower-body) will be back after a three-game absence.
– Travis Dermott (illness) will play after missing Tuesday’s practice.
GAMETIME DECISIONS
– Bryan Rust (concussion) will be a game-time decision on Wednesday.
OUT
– Reilly Smith (undisclosed) will miss his fourth straight game.
– James Neal (hand) will miss his eighth straight game.
– Erik Gudbranson will undergo shoulder surgery.
– Anthony DeAngelo will miss 3-4 weeks with a sprained ankle.
– Matt Benning (illness) will not be in the Oilers lineup on Wednesday.
– Nikita Zaitsev (illness) will miss his second straight game.
– Marc Methot is not expected to play after suffering an upper-body injury on Tuesday.
