Daily Fantasy Notebook (11/09)
Whether you spend your entire day at work or school, it can be difficult to stay on top of all NHL news. That’s why I have created the Daily Fantasy Notebook, so you can catch up on everything you might have missed throughout the day.
The notebook will be released everyday after teams wrap up their morning skate. It will include a number of things: Injury updates, prominent line changes, goalie rankings and DFS value picks.
While this is obviously more geared towards daily fantasy hockey, it can be just as useful for season-long players as well. Injuries are obviously key, but important line changes could be viewed as as potential waiver wire pickups and the goalie rankings can help you make the tough starting goalie decisions you face on large slates.
Key Injuries
– Kyle Palmieri (foot) has been activated from IR and is expected to return to the lineup
– Jonathan Drouin (upper-body) is “probable” to play
– Andrew Shaw (undisclosed) will play
– Scott Wilson (lower-body) will be a game-time decision
– Ondrej Kase (upper-body) was placed on IR
– John Gibson (concussion protocol) is not expected to dress
– Markus Granlund (upper-body) will be a game-time decision
– Alexander Edler (lower-body) will return to the Canucks lineup
– Chris Tanev (upper-body) will miss the rest of the Canucks road trip
